We collect the details you give us to plan and book travel: your name, contact details, traveller information (which may include passport/ID details), and your booking and payment history. We collect basic usage data when you browse our site.
We use your data to process bookings, arrange travel with suppliers, take payment, send booking updates and respond to enquiries. We only use it for the purposes you'd reasonably expect when booking travel.
Card payments are handled directly by Paystack, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
We share only the data necessary to deliver your trip with the relevant suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) and with our payment processor. We do not sell your data.
Sensitive traveller details are encrypted at rest. We keep your data only as long as needed for your bookings, our records and legal obligations, then delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to export it. Contact us via our site and we will respond promptly.
