A booking is confirmed once we accept your order and you have paid the required deposit or full amount. Prices, availability and itineraries are subject to change until confirmed. We will always confirm the final details with you before travel.
You may secure most trips with a deposit and pay the balance before departure. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; Sahara Trails does not store your card details. The balance is due by the date shown on your booking — late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Prices are per the package details at the time of booking and include only what is listed under "what's included". Flights, taxes, visas and extras are included only where stated. Currency fluctuations or supplier increases may affect unconfirmed quotes.
If you need to change a booking we will try to accommodate it subject to supplier rules and any fees. If we must change or cancel a trip (e.g. supplier failure, force majeure), we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund of payments made to us.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Sahara Trails is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.
Sahara Trails acts as an agent arranging services provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators) and is not liable for their acts or omissions, nor for loss, delay or injury beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we provided.
