To cancel, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the rules of the airlines, hotels and operators involved — many travel services are non-refundable once booked.
Deposits secure your trip and the services we book on your behalf; they are generally non-refundable as we commit funds to suppliers at the time of booking.
Where a refund is due, we refund the recoverable portion (what we can recover from suppliers, less any non-refundable costs and fees) to your original payment method via Paystack. Refunds are processed as quickly as the suppliers allow.
If Sahara Trails cancels a confirmed trip for reasons within our control, you'll receive a full refund of payments made to us or a comparable alternative. For events beyond our control (force majeure), refunds depend on what we can recover from suppliers.
